Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 2

In buttered casserole, I'm going to use my round springform pan, like the round look of this, whatever fits.

Step 3

In large bowl, mix eggs and milk, add seasoning, sour cream and cheese; mix, then fold in macaroni.

Step 4

Pour into pan.

Step 5

Bake 15 minutes. Take out of oven. Top with pizza sauce, then sprinkle on 1/2 mozzarella.

Step 6

Place on the pepperoni.

Step 7

Sprinkle on mushrooms and olives.

Step 8

Add rest of cheese. Sprinkle parm on top. Put back in oven and bake 15 minutes more until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
