Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • BASE
  • 3 cups gluten-free pasta (elbow macaroni cooked al dente that is the already cooked amount)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (30 slices)
  • 2 whole mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/8 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 2: In buttered casserole, I'm going to use my round springform pan, like the round look of this, whatever fits.

  • Step 3: In large bowl, mix eggs and milk, add seasoning, sour cream and cheese; mix, then fold in macaroni.

  • Step 4: Pour into pan.

  • Step 5: Bake 15 minutes. Take out of oven. Top with pizza sauce, then sprinkle on 1/2 mozzarella.

  • Step 6: Place on the pepperoni.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on mushrooms and olives.

  • Step 8: Add rest of cheese. Sprinkle parm on top. Put back in oven and bake 15 minutes more until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
