These potatoes passed the family taste test with all thumbs up. The sauce is lovely and very tasty. I made my own cajeta seeing that it was nowhere to be found at my local markets. Instead of using canned sweet potatoes, roasted what I already had (yams and purple skinned with the white flesh sweet potatoes) and they came out wonderful. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it “For your Consideration” tag game.
