Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a fry pan and add the curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder and cashew nuts. Stir well and coat the nuts.
Step 2
Spread the nuts on a baking lined baking tray/sheet and bake 150dg c (300F) for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
Step 3
Serve.
