Step 1

In a blender pureed first 5 ingredients (cucumbers - lime juice) plus 10 mint leaves; strain. You can do this up to 6 hours ahead of time; covered and chilled.

Step 2

Fill 6 glasses with more ice cubes; pour mixture over; garnish with additional mint leaves.
