"This recipe came from Taste of Home. I have used cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs, and it is just as good. You can either fry it or oven bake it. I have tried it both ways and like them equally. The amount of cooking time depends on the thickness of the fillets. In my wee town, we only get the thinner fillets which obviously cooks faster."

So easy to put together making it a perfect weeknight meal. Followed it exactly, except for adding additional Parmesan. We all enjoyed it with a side of salad. Thank you for adding an addition to our repertoire Luvcookn! Made it for Pick Me tag game.

Scrumptious!! Instead of lemon pepper I used "Old Bay with Lemon & Herb" (just because that is what I had). I can't wait to make this again!

Delicious. I used the frying method. Served with sweet potato fries for a "fish and chips" dinner. I subbed tilapia for the red snapper,

Very good fish. We used the oven method, spraying the pan with Pam and drizzling olive oil over the fish. Very good! Thanks for sharing!
