Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil pasta and set aside.
Step 2
Add oil and garlic to a medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add in flour and cook another minute, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Stir in broth and milk and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.
Step 5
Add parsley and salt.
Step 6
Stir in vegetables and hot pasta, and toss to coat with sauce.
