  • 4 ounces whole wheat egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (can use regular milk)
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, or thawed frozen vegetables

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil pasta and set aside.

  • Step 2: Add oil and garlic to a medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Add in flour and cook another minute, stirring constantly.

  • Step 4: Stir in broth and milk and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.

  • Step 5: Add parsley and salt.

  • Step 6: Stir in vegetables and hot pasta, and toss to coat with sauce.
