"This is a tasty salad I enjoyed recently at a pot luck dinner. Everyone who had this asked for the recipe it was that good!!! In my opinion it has the perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess and crunch. Thanks to my friend Mel for introducing me to this recipe from Taste of Home magazine and thanks to the recipe author, Marge Elling from Jenison, Michigan."
