Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.

Step 2

Spoon into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cover and freeze overnight.

Step 3

Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Optional: garnish each serving with a mint sprig and two fresh cranberries
