Very flavorful and tasty. My husband loved it. I used dried cranberries and cherries, but I reconstituted them in boiling water, drained them, then cut them up. I also added 1/4 cup of slivered almonds for some crunch. It came out a little dry, but when I checked it after 52 minuted, it was already done. So next time I'll check it at 45 minutes.
