Easy and good! We all enjoyed this casserole. The only changes I made was using 16 oz of penne macaroni and 15 ounces of sour cream. I did use the canned peas as indicated but think almost any vegetable will work -- next time I will try carrots and mushrooms. Thanks for sharing!
