This meatloaf made for a great Sunday dinner. It is comfort food at its best and we had it with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn, and roasted veggies. The meatloaf has a great texture and flavor. I did however increase the seasonings and used a whole packet of Lipton onion soup mix. We loved the ketchup coating and my daughter told me that I should make extra next time to serve along with it.
