Copycat Frisch's Big Boy Burger
"Your going to need to make tartar sauce the night before. Season to taste always on burgers. I have another tartar sauce copycat if you don't care for as much garlic."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Stir together all the tartar sauce ingredients until well mixed and refrigerate overnight so the flavors can meld.
Step 2
Mix the burger ingredients and form into 8 patties. Frisch's burger patties are very thin, probably 1/8 lb.
Step 3
But these are larger, if making a double burger do smaller patties.
Step 4
Grill Burgers until done after flipping add cheese so it melts.
Step 5
Slather tartar sauce on top and bottom of warmed bun.
Step 6
Place burger on top of bottom bun and place 3 dill pickles on top and put together.
