Step 1: Stir together all the tartar sauce ingredients until well mixed and refrigerate overnight so the flavors can meld.
Step 2: Mix the burger ingredients and form into 8 patties. Frisch's burger patties are very thin, probably 1/8 lb.
Step 3: But these are larger, if making a double burger do smaller patties.
Step 4: Grill Burgers until done after flipping add cheese so it melts.
Step 5: Slather tartar sauce on top and bottom of warmed bun.
Step 6: Place burger on top of bottom bun and place 3 dill pickles on top and put together.
