Wow, This is so good. Made as written and really enjoyed this with some added ice on a very warm morning. This is a recipe, which I am going to enjoy a fair few times over summer. I am also going to try it with decaffeinated coffee. If it turns out half as good ~ I will be still on a winner! This recipe is a little beauty ! Thanks ForeverMama.

Oh my word! So good that I almost wish I wouldn't have tried it. I did one cup of milk for three tablespoons of syrup. My fridge is small, so I didn't do the pitcher. Yummy!

Oh my goodness - this could become an obsession! I used freshly ground coffee beans (Starbucks Casi CIelo). 3 tablespoon syrup and 3/4 cup whole milk makes for sweet decadence. Next time, I'll try using Cafe du Monde with chicory coffee for a taste-trip to New Orleans! I can see this syrup in my fridge for a long time to come! UPDATE: I tried this with chicory coffee (Grady's Cold Brew, but brewed hot) and O.M.G. - this is beyond an obsession. The chicory gives it an almost caramel taste, and you have to use much less of the syrup. This is going into my Best of 2022 file, for sure.
