Great muffins that reminded me of a coffee cake my mom makes for the holidays. The cinnamon filling and topping is perfect and like that it is so easy to mix up a batch. Perfect with a good cup of coffee in the morning. Made and reviewed for breezermom's win Football Pool - Week 21 Super Bowl.

My husband says these are great muffins! I know my daughter will love them, too. I liked the fact that I didn't have to drag the mixer out to make them. They rose beautifully and look so pretty. I skipped lining the muffin tin with paper, so I sprayed it with cooking spray. The muffins came out very easily. Thank you!

The hubby loved these...I thought I had pecans...but it turned out I had walnuts...and instead of using the paper I just sprayed my pan with cooking spray and they came out without any problem...I also used Crisco butter instead of shortening...very easy to prepare and they made the house smell wonderful...made for "Best of 2015" tag game...
