"This is a dessert I make for the Xmas holidays. They freeze well so I make them ahead of time. These are great for cookie exchanges. For gluten free, use any gluten free rice crisps cereal."

Step 1

Place first 6 ingredients into a heavy saucepan

Step 2

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes

Step 3

Remove from heat, add vanilla; let mixture cool completely

Step 4

Add Rice Krispies and mix thoroughly

Step 5

Form into 1” balls and roll into coconut.
