"I found this recipe a while ago and been making it since I found it, this makes 3-4 sandwiches depending on how much egg filling you like to use"

I made these to pack away for hubby's hunting party's lunches and this was very nice. Lovely flavours. I did double this and had enough for 8 hearty sandwiches. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
