"This is a somewhat modified version of a recipe from the Domino Sugar package. I prefer the Hungarian Chocolate Frosting recipe in this collection but this one is good too. It makes enough for 2 9-inch round layer cakes."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter, milk, and chocolate over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly. A double boiler works well for this. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Blend in the powdered sugar, gradually, beating until smooth.
Step 3
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well.
Step 4
Add vanilla.
