Step by Step Method
Step 1
With an electric mixer beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and powdered sugar untill well combined.
Step 2
Roll peanut butter mixture in 1 inch balls then place and smash in between two pretzels.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter until melted.
Step 4
Line countertops with wax paper and dip half of pretzel sandwiches in melted chocolate and set on wax paper. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.. 3 days? there's no way that these will be sitting around for 3 days they will be gone the same day you make them!
