Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 48 Pretzel Crisps (sold at Walmart, Kroeger and many other stores)
  • 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: With an electric mixer beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and powdered sugar untill well combined.

  • Step 2: Roll peanut butter mixture in 1 inch balls then place and smash in between two pretzels.

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl, microwave semi-sweet chocolate and butter until melted.

  • Step 4: Line countertops with wax paper and dip half of pretzel sandwiches in melted chocolate and set on wax paper. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.. 3 days? there's no way that these will be sitting around for 3 days they will be gone the same day you make them!
