"I make a similar recipe to this without the choc chips called Goffies. In all the years of making this recipe I had never thought of adding choc chips. I did once and they worked really well in the biscuits. This is a recipe from Cadbury which I have used a few times now."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Set the cornflakes aside in a bowl for rolling the biscuits in.
Step 2
Using a mixer ~ Cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
Step 3
Drop tablespoonful's of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 4
Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
