"I make a similar recipe to this without the choc chips called Goffies.
In all the years of making this recipe I had never thought of adding choc chips.
I did once and they worked really well in the biscuits.
This is a recipe from Cadbury which I have used a few times now."
Set the cornflakes aside in a bowl for rolling the biscuits in.
Using a mixer ~ Cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
Drop tablespoonful's of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
