Step 1: Set the cornflakes aside in a bowl for rolling the biscuits in.
Step 2: Using a mixer ~ Cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
Step 3: Drop tablespoonful's of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 4: Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
