Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 grams butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup flour (SR)
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 100 gram milk chocolate baking chips
  • 70 to 84 grams Corn Flakes Cereal (2 1/2 to 3 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set the cornflakes aside in a bowl for rolling the biscuits in.

  • Step 2: Using a mixer ~ Cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.

  • Step 3: Drop tablespoonful's of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat. Place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture.

  • Step 4: Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
