Oh my gosh! This was so good! I must admit that I was a little leary of the sliced egg on this (although I love hard boiled eggs) but it was totally delicious. Th used leftovers from http://spinthegloberecipes.wordpress.com/2014/08/12/marinated-grilled-skirt-steak/ for the meat. But followed the rest of the recipe. My grandson has already requested that I make this soon. Many thanks for yet another keeper, Dee. Made for Culinary Quest 2014.
