What a lovely creamy topping for baked potatoes! Sorry, Dee - but no pics because I just had to get it on the table quick. What I love best about this recipe is that it tastes amazing and is made with ingredients that I always have on hand. I did have to add a little more milk to thin it out a little, but that might have been that I just eyeballed the ingredients and didn't measure anything for the half-recipe I made.
