Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop up the chillies and sprinkle with salt and leave for a few hours and then drain any liquid that has developed.
Step 2
Heat olive oil to 66C and add the drained chillies to the oil and remove from the heat and once cool enough put oil into a sterilised bottle.
