Measure out 2 cups of Coke. Set aside.
Drain and collect fruit juices in a 2-cup measuring cup. Add enough of the Coke to the collected juices to make 2 cups. Bring to a boil and dissolve Jell-O into liquid. Add remaining Coke, the drained cherries and pineapple, and chopped pecans. Stir until well mixed.
Pour into a glass dish. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight until set. Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
