Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream or milk, add eggs.
Step 2
Sift dry ingredients. Add to wet mixture.
Step 3
Fold in cherries (batter will be loose, I used a cup of cherry pie filling ).
Step 4
Butter and flour cake pan (I pamed a 10 inch spring form pan ).
Step 5
Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
