Step 1
Lightly spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for parmesan cheese; mix well.
Step 3
Press mixture into loaf pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-3/4 hours or until center of loaf is no longer pink.
Step 6
If cheese is browning to fast, cover with foil.
