  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 12 salted soda crackers, crushed fine
  • 1/2 cup tomato catsup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, minced
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for parmesan cheese; mix well.

  • Step 3: Press mixture into loaf pan.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-3/4 hours or until center of loaf is no longer pink.

  • Step 6: If cheese is browning to fast, cover with foil.
