"This casserole is really tasty and cheap to make, I like to use a mixture of mushroom and chicken soup, it's pretty basic but you can add in some herbs or spices to you liking"

I made this recipe on 7/31/13 for the Vermont's Cheesemakers Festival portion of the Summer Vacation Tour in the Games Forum. Since it was just the two of us,the recipe was cut in half. Also I had to make a couple of changes, but I don't think it affected the finished dish too much. First, I didn't have the white tuna so I used 5 ounces of regular tuna. Then I used Cream of Chicken Soup that had herbs in it.And when the pasta was almost done I added the peas. And with the cheese,I combined 1/2 cup of cheese in with all the other ingredients. And just like Engrossed, I did add some garlic powder. After pouring into a prepared baking dish, I sprinkle another 1/2 cup cheese over the top. It was baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. My SO and I both thought it deserved a " Good Solid 4*'s ". Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :)"

Engrossed

Simple, yummy, and satisfying. I usually make recipes that use a lot of ingredients and make use of my spice pantry, but sometimes I just want something simple. My picky Hubby and Toddler especially like it when I keep it simple. I made this as directed with half healthy request cream of chicken and half hr cream of mushroom, garlic salt, and colby/jack cheese. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
