Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cube potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place into medium-sized saucepan and cover with water.

Step 2

Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

Step 3

When done, drain and return to pan or to a medium-sized bowl.

Step 4

With a mixer on medium speed, mix until all potatoes are broken up.

Step 5

Add dip, mixing until smooth,then add milk, mixing well.( you might need to add a bit more milk to get the right consistency)

Step 6

Add margarine, salt (may not need it with the salt in the dip) and pepper.

Step 7

Mix until margarine melts,then add cheese and mix well.
