Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for casserole, cover.
Step 2
Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees.
Step 3
Meanwhile in bowl, sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
Step 4
Add seeds; mix.
Step 5
Add wet ingredients, then knead lightly
Step 6
Pat out to 1/2 inch thick, then cut biscuits.
Step 7
Place on greased baking sheet.
Step 8
The last 12 minutes put in oven, they placed biscuits on top of casserole ,but I hate soggy bottom biscuits, so do what you want.
