Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the first 9 ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add last 3 ingredients and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and cool 4 hours then refrigerate overnight or longer before you use it (the vinegar smell and taste will be strong untill it cools for at least 4 hours).
