Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place stock in a large pot.
Step 2
Bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, and onion.
Step 4
Blend and shape into 1/2" to 3/4" meatballs. Add a few more crumbs if mixture is too wet to shape.
Step 5
Add meatballs to stock.
Step 6
Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Step 7
If desired, throw in some cooked vegetables a few minutes before serving.
