Cajun Seasoned Chili & Nacho Topping
August 18, 2015
"I was having a " MAJOR " chili craving and didn't have all the ingredients for the chili I wanted. So I just improvised with the items that were on hand. If you think the chili ready tomatoes in the recipe will be to spicy for you or the kiddies, use regular canned tomatoes. Also if you don't have kidney beans, use pintos.Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun Seasoning to suit yours and your family's tastes.Speaking of the seasoning,I used #recipe5279 but use whatever you have on hand.I guess you could make this in a Slow Cooker, just prepare beef as directed in recipe. As with most chili recipes, the longer you let it simmer the better.
