Step 1: In a 3 1/2 quart deep sided saute' pan over medium heat,(or whatever pan is large enough to hold all the ingredients)add ground beef,onion,1 teaspoon seasoning,and pepper.
Step 2: Cook and stir until meat is browned and seasonings are well combined.
Step 3: Drain,return meat mixture to pan and add flour, cook until flour taste is gone about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Step 5: Turn up heat and bring to a boil,then reduce to simmer.
Step 6: Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Step 7: Eat and enjoy,if desired serve over Nachos.
