"Three ingredient mini biscuits with a stick of butter? Oh, my. This recipe was posted by Deep South Dish and I have not tried this yet, posting here for safekeeping and hoping to try it soon. I doubt these would take the place of other bread recipes, but this could be an easy fix for dinner biscuits."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 24 count mini muffin pan with non-stick spray. Mix the flour, sour cream and butter until well blended.

Step 2

Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 to 12 minutes.
