Awesome recipe Marra. We enjoyed this lovely quiche for lunch today. It was rich, cheesy and very decadent. I made it into tart form for my husband so that he would enjoy it more. It was wonderful, so much flavor and a great texture. I loved the combo of swiss and brie. Thanks for sharing this lovely treat.

Wow, is this good, but very rich. Will make this again, but cut smaller pieces, since it is so rich. I served the asparagus beside it, for a great supper.

This was delicious! I made a gluten free shortcrust pastry with almond and coconut flour. I'm not quite sure if "Swiss cheese" means some specific kind of Swiss cheese or just any kind, so I used Gruyère which is very hearty. Had no asparagus, so I'll definitely make it again as soon as asparagus is available! Thanks for sharing. Made for For Your Consideration Game

This was a lovely quiche, full of flavour and quite substantial. I made my shortcrust pastry, and since I had a little blue cheese, I added that. I liked the surprise touches like the worcestershire sauce :) Good texture and presentation, great taste, much enjoyed, thank you! Made for Consideration Tag Game
