Bread Cubes For Stuffing (Seasoned)
"I have been cubing and drying my bread cubes for stuffing for a good many years, recently I began to season and complete the process in the oven for wonderfully seasoned cubes ready to use. I like making them in advance, pop into large bag. If freezing I use my Cabela Vacuum Sealer which keeps them fresh until ready to use. A great time saver when preparing your favourite stuffing. Vary spices and amounts to taste."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes (I like to dry in a large container for several days, cover with a large kitchen towel until baking.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 300.
Step 3
When ready to bake put cubes in a large bowl.
Step 4
In small bowl add oil and spices, mix and pour over cubes mixing gently Spread evenly in large baking pan bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, ovens vary so be sure to check every ten minutes or so.
