  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • I/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes (I like to dry in a large container for several days, cover with a large kitchen towel until baking.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 300.

  • Step 3: When ready to bake put cubes in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: In small bowl add oil and spices, mix and pour over cubes mixing gently Spread evenly in large baking pan bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, ovens vary so be sure to check every ten minutes or so.
