Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease 24 muffin tins.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 3
In a bowl combine first 4 ingredients; mix in raisin bran and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, Mix in baking soda/water mixture
Step 5
In another bowl mix flour, salt and cinnamon; mix into wet mixture just until combined.
Step 6
Spoon into muffin tins.
Step 7
Bake for about 20 minutes
