Step 1

Saute ground beef, onion and bell pepper until browned,add jalapeno here if your using

Add seasonings

Add tomatoes ,corn,and stock. Cover bring to a boil

Add rice, stir. Cover then let set for 5 minutes,

Fluff. Plate add toppings

Very large servings. I made 1/2 of the recipe and there were 4 servings. I would like a little more pep to the recipe. It was good but seemed to lack a little something. If I make it again I would add a Jalapeno and some more sweet pepper.
