Step 4

Rib (Steaks) Rib-Eye Steak, Rib Steak 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 5

Rib (Roasts) Rib Roasts, Rib-Eye Roast 1 to 2 hours.

Step 6

Short Loin (Steaks) T-Bone Steak, Tender loin Steak, Top Loin Steak 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Thanks for posting this chart for marinading meat by types of meat. A must have, tacked to the inside door of my cupboard for quick access when I am cooking meat!

I had a flank steak and wasn't sure how long to marinade it. Somehow I stumbled across this post and it was SO helpful to me. Thank you ever so much for putting it here for us to use.
