Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix salt pepper and paprika in flour and pound into round steak with meat mallet.
Step 2
In Dutch oven, heat oil and brown steak.
Step 3
Remove from pan.
Step 4
Add bell pepper and sliced onions to pan.
Step 5
Cook until tender.
Step 6
Remove.
Step 7
Add sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil.
Step 8
Add meat, onions and bell peppers back in under sauce.
Step 9
Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes until meat is tender.
