Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Sauce
  • 32 ounces stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Steak
  • 4 pounds round steak
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Bake
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups onions, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix salt pepper and paprika in flour and pound into round steak with meat mallet.

  • Step 2: In Dutch oven, heat oil and brown steak.

  • Step 3: Remove from pan.

  • Step 4: Add bell pepper and sliced onions to pan.

  • Step 5: Cook until tender.

  • Step 6: Remove.

  • Step 7: Add sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil.

  • Step 8: Add meat, onions and bell peppers back in under sauce.

  • Step 9: Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes until meat is tender.
