"This is a wonderfully flavorful pork roast which I originally found posted by KateL on recipezaardotcom. My family loves it with Black Bean and Mango Salsa. It's great year round - but especially nice in the fall when pork is plentiful."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Make the spice rub by mixing the salt, spices, and sugar.

Step 3

Dry the surface of the pork with paper towels. Rub the spices all over the pork.

Step 4

Place pork in a roasting pan and put in the oven.

Step 5

Cook for about 1 hour or until the pork achieves an internal temperature of 155 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 6

Remove pork from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
