I made this recipe to serve with fish for dinner last night. I did add a little packet parmesan cheese (dried type) to the breadcrumbs, and these were just fantastic! The breadcrumbs did not stick much, but they did add such a lovely crispness to the fries. They took about 35 minutes to bake and came out perfectly. This recipe was really enjoyed by us all, and I can't wait to try this again!
